Dr Cate Goodlad is a Research Associate in the Management School at the University of Sheffield. Cate previously worked on the Sustainable Care Programme at University of Sheffield examining how homecare could be made more sustainable.

Cate is interested in how Adult Social Care can be organised to make it more sustainable. This also involves a focus on job quality and how this can be improved. Theoretically, she is interested in Discourse and how language and power shape our understandings of the world around us.
