Sarah joined CIRCLE and the Centre for Care in April 2022 as the Research Administrative Officer. She was previously based in the University’s Education Professional Services Team as an Operations Assistant and is looking forward to working with the new team and engaging with the Centre for Care staff and partners.
In Sarah’s role she will work closely with the Operations Team (Dr Kelly Davidge, Dan Williamson and Fay Benskin) in the day-to-day organisation of the Centre, including supporting events, meetings, managing the Centre calendar, financial and personnel support.
Sarah who is originally from Sheffield; holds a BA Honours degree in Interior Design and a Master’s degree in Cultural Event Management. She has a varied career working in Sheffield, London and Nottingham in private, public and charity sectors; from being a University Postgraduate Admissions Officer to a Project Administrator for the Down’s Syndrome Association. Sarah has a passion for community and charity work, wellbeing, culture, arts and education and is currently a STEM Ambassador and a Volunteer for Museums Sheffield.
